Mafdet, the Egyptian goddess of legal justice, execution and protection from venomous creatures. She's one of the lesser known goddesses, as she was supplanted in popularity by Bast(et) and later Sekhmet.
For the Miss Doll Myth contest. Round one requires us to doll our goddess/mythical figure in this particular dress which we all seem to despise! Not the sort of dress I would have chosen for a goddess contest. My base, unreleased cause it's far from being a finished set! (it does have human heads normally) |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
